There will be an Ethiopian night in the glasshouse of University of Bayreuth. Classic as well as new hits of different cultural musics representing Ethiopian cultural music heritage would be included. Indeed, there would be more fun with our cultural drink, Tej!! Everybody is invited come around and share the fun!!
Honey wine locally named “Tej” will be available on this special night. In Ethiopia Tej is
made for holidays, weeding and special occasions. Its slight bitterness is reminiscent of hops, giving Tej a balance of honey-sweet and bitter-dry tastes.
