lässt sich kaum eine performativere Formation finden.
AMBIVIOLENZ embodies the essence of punk rock nihilism, channeling
it across diverse musical landscapes and lyrical depths. Fearlessly
traversing artistic realms, the band embraces eccentricity with sincerity.
Formed 2018 at Academy of fine arts Nuremberg, AMBIVIOLENZ is a
genre-blending force, melding Art Pop and Post Punk. Their live
performances, known for their theatrical and improvisational elements,
are where they truly shine.
Their debut album, „Schwindelig,“ was released in 2023. With the EP
„Zittern“ released in spring 2025, Ambiviolenz offered a darker, more
introspective exploration of their sound, delving into themes of personal
turmoil and global unrest. In January 2026 they released the concept EP
„Serviervorschlag“ centered on food, which was developed during a
band residency at the Nuremberg State Theatre.
