Oakhands sind leider krank. Wir freuen uns stattdessen, I Saw Daylight als neuen Headliner auf die Bühne rufen zu können. Als Unterstützung werden Autumn Kids euch ordentlich einheizen.
I SAW DAYLIGHT sind fünf Menschen aus Ulm, die nicht nur einen Proberaum,
sondern seit mehreren Jahren auch ihr Leben miteinander teilen.
Ihr Sound kreist um das, was die meisten als Melodic Hardcore beschreiben würden.
Seit der Gründung 2011 spielen I SAW DAYLIGHT jede Show, die ihnen möglich ist:
sowohl auf europaweiten Touren als auch im Jugendzentrum um die Ecke wissen sie
zu begeistern.
Auf ihren bisherigen Veröffentlichungen treffen expressive Melodien verträumter
Klangfarben auf rabiat treibende Rhythmen, die sich mit antithetischen Versen
zu einem klimatischen Konzept ergänzen.
I SAW DAYLIGHT stehen für pathetische Authentizität fernab jedes Manierismus,
die von ihnen live wie auf Platte ungehemmt gelebt wird und allen Zuhörenden
spürbar ist.

AUTUMN KIDS
Wehmut, Verzweiflung, Rage.
Das ist nur ein Teil der Emotionen, die die Bamberger Emotive Hardcore Band ‘autumn kids’ in ihren Songs zum Ausdruck bringt.
Sie scheuen nicht davor zurück, auch unbequeme, häufig von persönlichen Erlebnissen inspirierte, Themen anzusprechen,
die durch die Songs verarbeitet werden.
Während der EP ‘Seasons’ befand sich die Band in der Findungsphase, die Single ‘Retrospektive’ stellte einen progressiven Ausflug dar.
Das erste Album ‘Letters’ ist nun die erste Manifestierung ihres eigenen Sounds und führt die musikalische Reise weiter.
Dabei wird nicht vor Dynamischem, Chaotischem und Düsterem zurückgeschreckt.
Intime und persönliche Live-Shows, gepaart mit antifaschistischer Grundhaltung und einer klaren Offenheit gegenüber alten
und neuen Gesichtern sind Werte, die ‘autumn kids’ auf der Bühne und im Alltag lebt.

I Saw Daylight are five people from Ulm who have been sharing a practice space,
as well astheir entire lives, for many years. The centerpiece of their signature sound is what would
generally be considered Melodic Hardcore.
Since being founded in 2011 I Saw Daylight have been playing any show they could get their hands on,
wowing audiences equally on full european tours as they do at the local community center.
On their recordings expressive melodies built from dreamy textures collide with brutally raw,
propulsive rhythms, flowing into antithetical verses to comprise an atmospheric concept.
I Saw Daylight stand for expressive authenticity, far from any flourishes or frills, which they unabashedly
live out both on stage and in their recordings, as can clearly be felt by any listener.
Autumn Kids
Wistfulness, despair, rage.
This is only a part of the emotions that the Bamberg emotive hardcore band ‚autumn kids‘ expresses in their songs.
They do not shy away from addressing uncomfortable topics, often inspired by personal experiences,
which are processed through the songs.
During the EP ‚Seasons‘ the band was in the discovery phase, the single ‚Retrospective‘ represented a progressive excursion.
The first album ‚Letters‘ is now the first manifestation of their own sound and continues the musical journey.
